Our brief: Head of Business Transformation was needed to design the model of the future, allowing the link between the business strategy and the target operating model. This role will enable the entire team to view the business holistically, as well spot what and where the business needs to transform (especially around the operations side of the business). Also, the businesses operations systems were largely independent from another, therefore a lot of opportunity for synergies, allowing this individual to make a key business critical decision on what operation model was going to be used going forward.
Outcome: Dukebridge Partners were able through their network produce five permanent candidates. Successful placement made.
Result: The individual has been able to understand the challenges and begin to meet those challenges.
