Our brief: The Head of Change Delivery needs to improve the change team’s reputation for doing change in the organisation.
The organisation wanted an individual who can view the business holistically, as well as show the team the correct way that business should operate. Also, the Head of Change Delivery was in charge of a transformation programme, changing the internal procedures and approaches in order to improve the performance of the entire team.
Outcome: Dukebridge Partners responded with with a shortlist of four permanent potential candidates. Successful permanent placement made.
Result: The individual has been been able to view the business holistically and implement best practice.
